You can provide us your
database in Excel format or you can purchase one through us. When you purchase
a database from us, we develop it based on the parameters that you establish.
I.E. Company size, number of employees or sales volume and specific vertical
industries and geographical areas.
How will you represent us?
The people we call view
us as a representative from your office – it is a seamless presentation. We identify ourselves as “This is Jeff, with
(your company name)”. Each call is

We can provide any type

Why do I have to pre-pay for your service?
This is a standard
practice in the telemarketing. What we do is extremely labor intensive. On longer term programs you are welcome to
pay month to month in advance of calling.
I am buying time, how is it calculated?
You are only charged for
the time our callers are working on your campaign, not straight hours, so when
our caller steps away for a break, that time is on us, not you. All billable
time is tracked to the second in our software.
Are there any guarantees?
We understand your
concern. Many of our clients come to us
after experiencing disappointing results with other telemarketing or

We closely monitor all
our campaigns and continuously tweak scripting and strategy where needed to get

guess of the number of appointments you can expect based on other similar
